About the Role

As Recruiting Manager you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to achieve BairesDev’s hiring goals. You will guide and manage a team of leaders, develop and implement forward‑thinking hiring strategies, and collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and aligned with business needs. Your oversight of a team of over 50 will involve tracking KPIs and metrics, analyzing data, and refining recruitment processes for optimal results.
