• Experience with projects involving business areas and development/IT teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Discovery methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, initiative, and autonomy in carrying out activities.

Responsabilidades

• Standardize tasks in the system used, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Serve as the liaison between the Product Owner (PO), business areas, and development teams, ensuring a proper understanding of requirements
• Lead project kick-off and status meetings, tracking schedules, deliverables, and key issues
• Monitor project dashboards and KPIs, tracking defined targets and deadlines
• Identify deviations, delays, and issues during project development, supporting the definition of corrective actions and escalations
• Track compliance with project specifications, procedures, schedules, and quality standards
• Document meetings, decisions, and key definitions throughout the project life cycle
• Organize folder structures and the documents required for project execution
• Support the creation and organization of documents required for operations
