Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an Agile-focused Project Manager to promote practices across squads, define roles, and lead planning processes to ensure scope, schedule, quality, and risk management.

You will support teams, remove impediments, and use visual management and metrics to drive continuous improvement while building strong cross-team relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and disseminate agile practices across squads and departments that support the teams.
• Define roles and responsibilities within each project.
• Support and/or lead planning processes related to scope, schedule, quality and risk management.
• Contribute appropriate tools and actions tailored to each project's needs.
• Monitor project progress to ensure planned activities are executed, identify deviations, prioritize tasks, and escape issues that negatively impact stakeholders.
• Assist in removing day-to-day impediments by engaging necessary parties and guiding the team toward solutions.
• Interact with leadership to identify systemic problems and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Create transparency of work progress using visual management tools.
• Apply metrics to measure and drive process improvement.
• Support team members in resolving conflicts.
• Maintain an organized routine and critical mindset to keep project documentation up to date in the corresponding repository.
