Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and complex programs across the Group, with a focus on hotel operations and resorts. The role requires strong PMI and Agile proficiency, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on business plans.

The candidate should have an MBA in Project Management or Business Management and demonstrate experience managing large-scale projects from design through execution within a structured PMO framework.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• MBA in Business Management or Project Management.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• MS Project (Advanced).
• Proficiency in PMI project management methodology and agile methods.
• Experience executing large/complex projects.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and processes, preferably resorts.
• Engineering knowledge — project design, budgeting, permitting, and planning/execution/management of construction works.
• Knowledge of management techniques and best practices/frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, PMI, Agile methods, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kanban, and Kaizen.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates expertise in project management methodologies, including PMI and Agile, while managing large and complex projects.
• Act as a reference in disseminating project management knowledge and practices across the Group.
• Support decision-making by identifying process improvements and monitoring project performance.
• Ensure delivery of projects by managing costs, schedules, quality, risks and conflicts following the Corporate PMO.

• Serve as a reference in the development of new products and services across the Group, supporting the preparation and monitoring of the business plans for projects in which they are involved.
• Identify and propose improvements to processes and projects related to the department (GGEI) and the company as a whole, supporting direct management in decision-making.
• Ensure delivery of projects under their responsibility by managing costs, schedules, quality, risks, and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle, faithfully following the methodology defined by the Corporate PMO.
• Adhere to all methodologies established by the area for proper project management (preparing studies, reports, formal documentation, status presentations, and project-related surveys).
• Provide methodological support and act as a consultant to Project Managers seeking assistance from the Corporate PMO, ensuring appropriate application of the Group’s project management practices.
• Contribute directly to achieving the area’s semiannual and annual objectives.
• Act as a reference in the area by disseminating project management knowledge and practices, providing essential support in implementing the Group’s results-oriented culture.
