Jobtailor seeks a skilled project management support professional to ensure IT initiatives meet deadlines, budgets, and quality. You will apply PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to drive value and align projects with business goals.

Responsibilities include supporting program and portfolio management, advancing product understanding, and fostering cross-team collaboration. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PSM I are valued.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or higher from MEC-recognized institution.
12+ months of experience in Project Management Support.
Knowledge of PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban and Lean.
Knowledge of product management and information systems alignment.
Professional certifications (PSM I, CSM, PMP) preferred.

Support IT project management, ensuring objectives are met within established time, cost, and quality constraints
Use program and portfolio management methodologies to optimize project execution
Apply the PMBOK methodology to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects
Implement Scrum to manage agile projects, promoting collaboration and continuous delivery of value
Use agile methods, such as Kanban and Lean, to improve process efficiency and product quality
Contribute to product management by understanding customer needs and translating them into product requirements
Hold or be willing to obtain professional certifications, such as PSM I, CSM, and PMP, to demonstrate project management competence
Oversee information systems, ensuring they meet business needs and are aligned with the company’s strategy

Requirements

University degree (bachelor’s or higher) from an institution recognized by MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education)
Minimum 12 months’ experience in Project Management Support
Knowledge of program and portfolio management methodologies
Knowledge of the PMBOK project management methodology
Knowledge of the Scrum agile project management framework
Knowledge of agile methods such as Kanban and Lean
Knowledge of product management
Certified Scrum Master PSM I issued by Scrum.org or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) issued by Scrum Alliance
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising information systems
