You will work with cross-functional teams to identify issues early and drive continuous improvement across development processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in software testing or QA roles.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Familiarity with SDLC and testing in Agile environments.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements to gain a clear understanding of system behavior and business rules Develop detailed test scenarios and test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria Execute functional and non-functional tests, including performance testing, to validate system behavior under various conditions Identify, record, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring clear documentation for development teams Validate defect corrections and perform regression testing to confirm system stability after changes Ensure the quality of deliverables by verifying they meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards Support the team in defining clear and measurable acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements Generate test evidence and document results to provide traceability and support decision‑making Collaborate closely with development and product teams to align on requirements, priorities, and quality expectations Participate actively in project rituals and team alignments, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance roles Solid experience in software testing and quality-related activities, including planning, execution, and reporting Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how testing integrates into each phase Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify issues and ensure thorough test coverage Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills to manage multiple demands, priorities, and deadlines effectively Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience working in agile project environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous delivery Experience testing at different layers of an application, such as interface and integration testing, to ensure comprehensive quality coverage
