We're looking for a Senior Performance Tester to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our software products meet high standards of quality and reliability before reaching end users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues early and help drive continuous improvement across our development processes. Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to gain a clear understanding of system behavior and business rules
- Develop detailed test scenarios and test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria
- Execute functional and non-functional tests, including performance testing, to validate system behavior under various conditions
- Identify, record, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring clear documentation for development teams
- Validate defect corrections and perform regression testing to confirm system stability after changes
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by verifying they meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Support the team in defining clear and measurable acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
- Generate test evidence and document results to provide traceability and support decision-making
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to align on requirements, priorities, and quality expectations
- Participate actively in project rituals and team alignments, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
- Solid experience in software testing and quality-related activities, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how testing integrates into each phase
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify issues and ensure thorough test coverage
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple demands, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working in agile project environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous delivery
- Experience testing at different layers of an application, such as interface and integration testing, to ensure comprehensive quality coverage
