Jobtailor is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain test automation using Selenium WebDriver in a CI/CD environment. You will execute regression, functional and exploratory tests to ensure delivery quality.

You will collaborate in agile teams, write clear acceptance criteria, and contribute to process improvements. Experience with Git and CI/CD tools, plus scripting in Python or C#, is preferred. This role is on-site in Blumenau, Brazil.

Qualificações

Responsibilities

• Execute regression, functional and exploratory tests, ensuring delivery compliance
• Develop, maintain and evolve test automation using Selenium (WebDriver)
• Create and maintain automated test scripts integrated into the CI/CD pipeline
• Identify, document and track defects through to resolution, ensuring the quality of fixes
• Participate in refinement sessions and technical meetings to ensure stories include clear acceptance criteria
• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of QA processes
• Support the team in impact analysis and in defining the most critical test scenarios for automation

Requirements

• Experience with Selenium WebDriver (mandatory)
• Knowledge of programming languages for automation (e.g., C#, Python or similar)
