Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in LoadRunner and a solid foundation in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will design and execute performance and regression tests, analyze results, and work closely with development and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain LoadRunner scripts to simulate real-world load conditions.
• Plan and execute various performance tests: load, stress, endurance, spike, and failover.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure application stability across releases.
• Create and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium.
• Utilize AI-based tools to accelerate testing and enhance efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Define performance benchmarks, validate SLAs, and report results to stakeholders.
• Document and present test findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members on performance testing best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7–11 years of experience in software testing, with strong focus on performance testing.
• Proven expertise in LoadRunner scripting and performance testing methodologies.
• Solid experience with Selenium for test automation and manual test case creation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for testing and process acceleration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
