• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in Materials Planning, MPS, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and developing management controls.
• Strong analytical and KPI interpretation skills.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal customers and partner departments.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in after-sales operations.
• Experience planning spare parts.
• Knowledge of logistics and replenishment KPI management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan materials and spare parts to support after-sales operations nationwide.
• Monitor demand, inventory levels, and replenishment needs, ensuring adequate material availability.
• Analyze logistics KPIs, inventory coverage, consumption, and operational performance to support decision-making.
• Plan purchases and replenishment based on demand, installed product base, and failure rates.
• Track material shipments, reverse logistics processes, and inventory movements.
• Ensure deviations and failures in logistics and replenishment processes are addressed.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track the area’s performance and drive continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with different areas of the organization to meet demand and ensure material availability.
• Support strategic decisions related to planning and inventory management.
