Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a Material Planner who will run MRP in SAP based on demand, monitor material requirements, and manage inventories to avoid stockouts and excess stock. The role requires coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will analyze MRP data, track KPIs, and support campaigns with material delivery schedules while handling shelf-life constraints and diversity of SKUs. A degree in related fields is preferred.

• Run MRP in SAP based on planned demand, ensuring the generation and monitoring of material requirements
• Manage raw material and packaging inventory, tracking levels, coverage and replenishment needs
• Analyze requirements generated by MRP and identify risks of stockouts or overstock
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, delivery lead times and deviations
• Manage purchase orders and monitor deliveries of materials to third-party sites
• Track third-party material delivery schedules through the company platform
• Manage scheduling and the flow of material receipts
• Monitor KPIs for inventory coverage, service level, stockouts, overstock and expiry risk
• Support leadership with material delivery schedules for campaigns and high-demand periods
• Collaborate with Production Planning (PCP), Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Quality and suppliers
• Prepare analyses and reports on material planning and inventory

Requirements

• Previous experience with MRP and material planning
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly MRP, materials and order processes
• Intermediate Excel for analysis and controls
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchase orders and supplier follow-up
• Analytical and organized profile, able to manage multiple demands
• Good communication and ability to interact with different departments and suppliers
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Production Management, Supply Chain or related fields (preferred)
• Experience in industrial, food, or consumer goods companies or environments with a high volume of SKUs (preferred)
• Knowledge of Supply Chain KPIs and material planning (preferred)
• Experience managing shelf-life-controlled materials and expiry risk control (preferred)
• Ability to anticipate risks, enforce deadlines, negotiate alternatives and turn data into actions
• Autonomy to oversee the full material cycle, from MRP to arrival at operations
