Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Inventory Planner in the São Paulo area to monitor inventory levels, plan material replenishment, and manage purchase orders. You will work with ERP systems and data tools to optimize stock and supplier performance.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, KPI knowledge, and experience with continuous improvement in supply chain processes. This role requires hands-on inventory control and data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Education in relevant fields and knowledge of supply chain.
• Experience in planning, inventory control, and understanding of supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or other) and data analysis tools.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Knowledge of KPIs and performance measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
• Plan material replenishment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Issue purchase orders and manage supplier order portfolio.
• Perform material master data cleansing and monitor stock expiration dates.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
• Prior experience in planning, inventory control, and understanding of supply chain processes;
• Knowledge of inventory management and planning software, such as ERP systems (SAP or other platforms);
• Familiarity with data analysis tools; intermediate to advanced Excel;
• Basic knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs).
• Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Power BI;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement.
