INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Senior HR-ADM Analyst with English proficiency to join our Human Resources team. You will handle payroll pre-liquidation, employee registrations and terminations, and work on cross-area process improvements while collaborating with external partners.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR-ADM, advanced English, and a flexible, technology-driven mindset to balance autonomy with teamwork.

Qualificações

• 3 years of work experience in similar HR-ADM roles.
• Advanced English level mandatory.
• Knowledge of Law 20,744 and its application beneficial.
• Experience in service companies preferred.

Responsabilidades
