You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at analysis, teamwork, and multitasking, in a fast-growing environment. This role emphasizes interview logistics, understanding client needs, and close collaboration with the sales team to drive successful recruitment

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Recruiter experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced English level.

• Assist in organizing candidates’ interviews with clients and prepare candidates.

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our Recruiting Team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization of candidates’ interviews with clients, preparation of candidates, and follow-up after their interviews.
• Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.
• Work in collaboration with the sales team in the development of the business.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Previous experience as a recruiter (is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
• Great capacity for self-management.
• Bachelor's degree or at least previous work experience in the area.
• Advanced English level.
