Job summary

INDI is seeking a Senior HR-ADM Analyst with strong English skills to join our Human Resources team. The role involves supervising salary pre-liquidation and employee lifecycle actions while driving cross-area HR-ADM process improvements.

You will collaborate with external entities, prepare management reports, and contribute to a flexible, innovative work environment suitable for professionals aiming to grow within a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level required for day-to-day duties.
• At least 3 years of work experience in HR-ADM or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Law 20,744 and its application.
• Knowledge about 4th earnings category (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the pre-liquidation of salaries and the impact on earnings.
• Supervise registering and terminating employees.
• Participate in improvement of HR-ADM area and cross-area processes.
• Collaborate with external entities/suppliers in HR-ADM.
• Prepare reports for management and control areas.
