Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks a Senior Graphic Designer for Learning & Development. You will craft visual assets for corporate training, including slides, videos, infographics, and e-learning content, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals.

You will collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate complex content into engaging materials, while updating assets as processes evolve and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and ability to transform complex information into clear, impactful visuals.
• Proven experience creating graphic materials for corporate training and communications.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital learning content (preferred).
• Experience creating animations and motion graphics for learning assets (preferred).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards for training materials (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop visual assets for corporate training programs, including PowerPoint presentations, videos, Job Aids, QRGs, infographics, and e-learning content.

• Adapt and update materials based on process or client changes.
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to standards across deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects with agreed timelines.

We are looking for Senior Graphic Designer | Learning & Development, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

Develop visual assets for corporate training programs, including PowerPoint presentations, videos, Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), infographics, and e-learning content.

Create layouts and visual identities aligned with brand guidelines and learning project standards.

Transform technical and instructional content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling learning materials.

Produce and edit training videos, animations, and multimedia assets to support learning and development initiatives.

Design graphic elements for Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning courses, and training-related communication campaigns.

Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to ensure the visual and educational quality of learning materials.

Adapt and update existing materials based on changes to processes, systems, or client requirements.

Ensure visual consistency, graphic quality, and adherence to established standards across all deliverables.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and deadlines.

• Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Clipchamp, or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and corporate visual identity standards.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to digital learning content.
• Experience creating animations, motion graphics, and interactive learning assets.
• Familiarity with digital accessibility standards for training and learning materials.
• Strong expertise in graphic design for corporate learning and training environments.
