Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SAP Instructional Designer in São Paulo to create instructor-led and digital learning materials, translate complex topics into accessible content, and shape engaging training experiences across classroom, virtual, and blended formats.

You will collaborate with SMEs, cross-functional teams, and learning teams to deliver high-quality materials while maintaining branding and instructional integrity.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
• Ability to organize and simplify complex information into learning content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Experience creating corporate training materials.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for SAP Instructional Designer, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

Develop instructor-led and digital learning materials, including presentations, quick reference guides, facilitator guides, quizzes, and assessments.

Apply instructional design methodologies to structure training content in a clear, engaging, and audience-centered manner.

Gather and analyze information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate technical content into effective learning materials.

Create instructional scripts, training outlines, and storyboards for various learning formats.

Adapt content for different delivery methods, including classroom training, virtual training, blended learning, and microlearning.

Support the design and maintenance of learning paths, ensuring consistency and alignment across all training materials.

Review and update training content based on changes to business processes, systems, and organizational policies.

Ensure quality, visual consistency, branding compliance, and instructional integrity of all learning assets.

Collaborate with training, communications, graphic design, and business teams to deliver projects within established timelines.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning platforms is considered a plus.
