Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead medium- and high-complexity projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery from business case to closure, applying PMBOK-based practices to optimize schedules, costs and risks.

Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills are essential, as is experience with CAPEX/OPEX investments. An MBA in Project Management and PMP certification are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• MBA in Project Management (in progress or completed).
• Extensive experience managing corporate, engineering or product development projects.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing CAPEX/OPEX investments and financial feasibility analyses.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management is a plus.
• Experience in industrial environments and innovation projects is a plus.
• Experience in organizational transformation and process improvement is a plus.

• Advanced English proficiency
