Jobtailor is seeking an Engineering professional to lead infrastructure maintenance across multiple distribution centers in São Paulo. The role requires coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safety standards, and delivering technical reports with performance metrics.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably AutoCAD.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is desirable.
• Willingness to travel periodically for on-site distribution center visits.
• At least 1 year of experience in building or industrial maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Support infrastructure maintenance management across 4–5 Distribution Centers.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring deadlines, quality and safety.
• Prepare technical reports and track maintenance performance indicators.
• Support renovation, expansion and regulatory compliance projects at Distribution Centers.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers, monitoring on-site activities.

• Support infrastructure maintenance management across 4 to 5 Distribution Centers, ensuring the proper operation of structural, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and generator systems.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance services, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Prepare technical reports and track maintenance performance indicators.
• Support the planning and execution of renovation, expansion, and regulatory compliance projects at the Distribution Centers.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers, monitoring on-site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Architecture, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability for periodic travel, averaging once every 15 days, for technical visits to the Distribution Centers under your responsibility.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role, working with building or industrial maintenance.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
• AutoCAD knowledge is desirable.
