• Prepare, review, and consolidate linear water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including water supply networks, sewer collection networks, and/or urban drainage systems, from initial studies through detailed design
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, analyze alternatives, and define design criteria
• Coordinate project development with clients, ensuring technical alignment, scope control, and achievement of delivery milestones
• Manage material and human resources, ensuring productivity, technical quality, and adherence to deadlines
