FPL CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead commercial due diligence for acquisitions and market entry projects in Singapore. The role involves market sizing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and translating findings into deal structures and financial plans.

You will conduct primary research, monitor industry trends, and support end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments while aiding investor relations with strategic materials.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development.
• Interest in the financial services and fintech industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; based in Singapore but willing to travel occasionally.

Job Description:

• Leading the commercial due diligence workstream on potential acquisitions and market entry projects, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, customer segmentation, unit economics, regulatory dynamics, and post merger synergy assessment
• Conducting primary research (expert interviews, customer interviews, surveys), and translating overall diligence findings into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and financial planning
• Monitoring industry trends, competitive developments and emerging expansion opportunities
• Supporting end to end execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments and joint ventures - including sourcing, screening, evaluating and closing transactions
• Supporting capital markets and investor relations efforts, including preparation of materials for communicating the firm’s strategy to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years of working experience in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development
• Familiarity with and interest in the financial services and fintech industry
• Execution oriented and enjoys working in fast, high growth environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and able to engage with AI tools
• Fluency in English
• Based in Singapore but willing to travel occasionally
