Jobtailor is seeking an experienced strategic planning consultant to drive IPO preparation, restructuring initiatives, and new business structuring across multiple industries. You will collaborate with C-level executives, translate complex analyses into actionable steps, and lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver structured insights.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in management consulting or financial markets, with strong communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities.

Qualificações

• Completed university degree.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Consultative and facilitative approach with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and availability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Work on strategic planning, IPO preparation, and corporate restructuring projects across industries.
• Lead strategic meetings with C-level executives and translate analyses into actionable steps.
• Develop action plans, map processes, and assign tasks to team members.
• Identify problems and collaborate with the team to design solutions.
• Conduct highly complex analyses to diagnose issues and generate insights.

• Collaborate directly with the team to identify problems.
• Develop action plans and map processes.

• Conduct highly complex analyses to diagnose operational or financial issues and generate insights.
• Translate complex analyses into simple steps for the team to execute, generating structured insights for the project.
• Lead workstreams or projects involving restructuring, strategic planning, and PMI (post-merger integration).
• Facilitate exploratory discussions to identify potential approaches for structuring solutions.
• Propose new solutions and improvements to existing methodologies.
• Assign tasks to the team, ensuring proper execution and providing guidance at each stage of the process.
• Perform other related activities as required by project needs.

Requirements

• Completed university degree.

• Proficiency with analytical tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and, where applicable, SQL or BI tools.
• Willingness and availability to travel domestically and internationally is essential.
• Experience in management consulting, startups, financial markets, or related fields.
