Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking an experienced Change Management Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth system implementations. You will work with finance and tax processes, coordinating stakeholders and driving alignment across multiple teams.

You will design engagement and training plans, map organizational impacts, and monitor progress with Excel dashboards and Power BI, delivering measurable change outcomes for the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Green Belt certification
• Knowledge of financial processes, with emphasis on tax and fiscal processes
• Experience leading and managing high-complexity projects involving multiple areas and stakeholders
• Experience with systems implementation projects
• Ability to develop, manage and monitor schedules, set priorities, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Knowledge of mapping, analysis and risk management, as well as assessing organizational impacts resulting from changes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, control development, dashboard creation and indicator tracking
• Experience with Power BI for developing management reports, data visualization and KPI monitoring
• Prosci/ADKAR certification is a plus
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.) are a plus
• HCMBOK (Change Management Body of Knowledge) is a plus
