Jobtailor is seeking a Finance project manager to oversee the planning and execution of finance projects, ensuring visibility of budgets, KPIs and milestones. You will consolidate data across functions, prepare weekly status reports, and push for improvements in processes and controls.

Ideal candidates have PM experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP systems and Power Platform/Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor planning and execution of Finance-area projects, ensuring visibility of schedules, deliverables, budget and KPIs.
• Track progress: planned vs. actual, budgeted vs. actual analyses and projections.
• Consolidate information from involved areas for up-to-date, reliable reports.
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports with main indicators and risks.
• Analyze delays, budget deviations and schedule impacts; support corrective actions.
• Support management of schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and indicators.
• Keep project tracking tools updated (schedules, action plans, indicators, databases).
• Assist in preparing executive materials for portfolio reviews and management forums.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of routines, controls, and tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Technology, Controllership, Procurement, Operations and others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the planning and execution of Finance‑area projects, ensuring visibility of schedules, deliverables, budget and KPIs.
• Track the physical and financial progress of projects, performing planned vs. actual, budgeted vs. actual analyses and completion projections.
• Consolidate information from involved areas, ensuring the data used in reports is up to date, consistent and reliable.
• Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports, presenting the main indicators, progress, deviations, risks, impacts and key attention points in an objective manner.
• Analyze causes of delays, budget deviations and schedule impacts, question the responsible areas and support the definition of corrective actions.
• Support the management of project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and indicators.
• Keep project tracking and control tools updated, including schedules, action plans, indicators and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of executive materials for portfolio review meetings and management forums.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of routines, controls, reports and project planning tools.
• Work collaboratively with Finance, Tax, Technology, Controllership, Procurement, Operations and other stakeholders involved in the initiatives.

Requirements
