Jobtailor in Brazil seeks an experienced Change Management professional to lead transformation initiatives across medium to large-scale programs. You will map impacts, stakeholders, and risks, plan communications, and develop training to enable adoption.

You will partner with leaders to drive a culture of continuous change, monitor adoption metrics, and apply PROSCI/ADKAR/Kotter methodologies in digital and organizational transformation projects.

Qualificações

• Experience leading Change Management on medium- to large-scale projects.
• Experience with structured methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
• Ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
• Experience in digital, process, or organizational transformation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, using clear and accessible language.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, ACMP).
• Prior experience in consulting or in agile environments.
• Experience with culture and engagement programs or people analytics.
• Experience working in large organizations or multinational environments.
