We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Assistant – Corporate Secretarial Services to support the corporate secretarial team in delivering a full spectrum of corporate compliance and governance services to a portfolio of clients.
Assist in incorporation of companies and registration of business entities.
Prepare and lodge statutory filings, including annual returns, changes in directors/shareholders, and other regulatory submissions.
Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate secretarial records.
Draft routine board resolutions, minutes, and written resolutions.
Coordinate board/shareholder meetings and related documentation.
Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of statutory obligations.
Liaise with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders on routine corporate secretarial matters.
Provide administrative and operational support to the corporate secretarial team.
Diploma or Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice or related compliance role.
ICSA qualification (completed or in progress) will be an advantage.
Familiarity with Companies Act and corporate regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
