Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Brazil is seeking an on-site Heavy Machinery Technical Support Technician to provide hands-on service for industrial and underground equipment. You will assist regional dealers, investigate field issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Responsibilities include equipment commissioning, testing, handover, and customer training, with regional travel as needed. Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of electronics and hydraulics are required.

Qualificações

• Diploma or NTC Certificate or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment technical support or service.
• Good knowledge of electronic and hydraulic systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on, on-site technical support for heavy machinery and equipment used in industrial and underground operations.
• Provide technical assistance to regional dealers and direct technical support across assigned markets.
• Investigate field technical and quality issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage equipment commissioning, testing and project handover for assigned markets.
• Conduct technical training for customers and dealers on machine operation, servicing and maintenance.
• Share and promote effective service methods and technical practices across the Southeast Asia region.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure sufficient spare parts availability for regional machine operations.
• Handle warranty-related technical issues and provide technical support to customers and dealers.
• Assist the Singapore technical support team during periods without regional travel.
