Prestige Technology (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, ensuring peak performance. You will work onsite, troubleshoot root causes, maintain records, and deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with the team.

Applicants should have Nitec/Higher Nitec in M&E Engineering or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License. Independent work capability is important for success.

Qualificações

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in M&E Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in M&E field is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge and good communicative skills.
• Valid Singapore class 3 Driving License.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshooting equipment problems and identifying the root cause of issues
• Maintenance, Repairing, or replacing damaged or faulty parts
• Conducting equipment inspections and assessments
• Collaborating with other team members to diagnose complex issues and find solutions
• Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
• Testing & commissioning of mechanical components and devices
• Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable, and efficient
• Ensure documentation and data are well recorded in the system
• To manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand and smooth operations
• Position involves onsite servicing as required
• Follow up status of shipment with HQ as and when required
