STAFFKING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a technically adept Project Engineer to coordinate cross‑functional project efforts, align support activities with stakeholders, and ensure smooth production initialization.

You will build strong CM partner relationships, serve as the primary technical contact for production line setup, manage ECO/ECN changes, drive QA‑backed CM qualifications, and push testing process improvements across the board.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Willing to travel overseas for suppliers & manufacturers visits.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project efforts across internal and external stakeholders to align technical support activities and achieve desired outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturer (CM) partners.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during production line setup.
• Support production line setup and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Manage the Engineering Change Management process (ECO/ECN implementation).
• Lead CM qualification efforts with QA — covering test methodology, process transfer, training, copy-exact transfer, FAI, and PPAP compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and frameworks to boost test coverage and efficiency.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field
