Staffking Pte Ltd in North Gambas is seeking a field service engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of power-related products in a full-time role.

You will support project design, client coordination, site implementation, and commissioning activities, while ensuring safety standards. The position offers AWS, a variable bonus, standby allowances, and rotating standby schedules.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory with hands-on cabling and termination work.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Handle field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of power-related products.
• Support project design, client coordination, site implementation, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, technical support, and documentation while ensuring safety standards.
• Provide technical advice and customer support to clients and partners.
• Maintain service records including repair performance and spare parts inventory.
• Conduct technical training and guidance to junior engineers and customers.
• Participate in a rotating standby schedule and respond when assigned.

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: North – Gambas
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of power-related products.

• Provide technical advice, troubleshooting assistance, and customer support to clients and business partners.

• Maintain accurate service records, including repair performance and spare parts inventory.

• Participate in a rotating standby schedule and respond to service requirements when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory with hands-on experience in cabling and termination works.

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
