Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment per company standards.
• Track and resolve after-sales service issues, including failures, repairs, replacements.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and delivering satisfactory solutions.
• Regularly report equipment reliability and maintenance status to management and propose improvements.
• Be available for business travel as required.

• 1. Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures;
• 2. Effectivelytrack and resolve all after-sales service issues, including equipment failures, repairs, and replacements;
• 3. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and delivering satisfactory solutions;
• 4. Regularly report equipment reliability and maintenance status to the management team and propose improvement recommendations;
• 5. Be available for business travel as required.

Qualifications

• 1. At least 5 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance and commissioning; candidates with after-sales service experience are preferred.
• 2. Proficient in the working principles and repair methods of electrical equipment, capable of accurately diagnosing and resolving faults.
• 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• 4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and service orientation, able to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• 5. Willingness and ability to travel frequently, ensuring high-quality service standards.
• 6. Good spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
