KINGSFORD PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with planning, coordination and execution of property development sales and marketing activities.

You will support launches, campaigns and events, coordinate with agencies and vendors, prepare marketing collateral and reports, and help maintain records and market data. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Property or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, property development or real estate.
• Experience in property sales or working with property agencies is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Willing to support project launches, sales events and activities outside normal hours.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the Company's property development projects.
• Support project launches, previews, roadshows, exhibitions, promotional activities and other sales and marketing events.
• Coordinate with property agencies, sales representatives, marketing agencies, consultants, vendors and other external parties on project-related matters.
• Prepare and update project information, pricing, unit availability, sales materials, brochures, presentations, advertisements and other marketing collaterals.
• Support digital marketing, social media and other online and offline marketing activities where required.
• Maintain records of sales enquiries, leads, bookings, unit availability and sales performance.
• Follow up with agencies and stakeholders on outstanding matters and provide updates to the SM Manager.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, presentations, and other management reports.
• Coordinate meetings, project briefings, presentations and related activities.
• Monitor deadlines and follow-up actions from meetings.
• Conduct market and competitor research and track pricing, promotions and campaigns.
• Assist with customer enquiries and sales-related coordination throughout the sales process.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate sales, marketing and project matters.
• Maintain filing and records of documents and project information.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Provide administrative support to the SM Manager.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Executive to support the Sales & Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of the Company's property development sales and marketing activities.

The role will be involved in project sales, marketing campaigns, sales agency coordination, market research, reporting and general coordination, while providing day-to-day support to the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure the smooth execution of projects and assigned initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the Company's property development projects.
• Support project launches, previews, roadshows, exhibitions, promotional activities and other sales and marketing events.
• Coordinate with appointed property agencies, sales representatives, marketing agencies, consultants, vendors and other external parties on project-related matters.
• Assist in preparing and updating project information, pricing, unit availability, sales materials, brochures, presentations, advertisements and other marketing collaterals.
• Support digital marketing, social media and other online and offline marketing activities where required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, leads, bookings, unit availability and sales performance.
• Follow up with property agencies and relevant stakeholders on outstanding matters and provide timely updates to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, market analysis, presentations, management reports and other reports required by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate meetings, project briefings, presentations and other activities as required.
• Monitor action items, deadlines and follow-up matters arising from meetings and discussions.
• Conduct market and competitor research, including monitoring competitors' projects, pricing, promotions and marketing activities.
• Assist with customer enquiries and sales-related coordination throughout the sales process.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate matters relating to sales, marketing and property development projects.
• Maintain proper filing and records of sales and marketing documents, correspondence and project information.
• Handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Undertake other duties, projects and assignments as may be assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Property or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, property development or real estate.
• Experience in property sales, developer sales or working with property agencies will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.

• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
