- Identify and qualify strategic project opportunities
- Maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline and contribute to sales forecasts
- Develop and implement business development and prospecting strategies
- Understand value drivers, project dynamics, decision-makers, and decision-making pathways
- Build relationships with end users, FEED/EPC contractors, key OEMs, and partners
- Lead project prospecting processes and teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, process control, or measurement technologies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
