Jobtailor seeks a senior technical leader to steer automation projects in Brazil, acting as the bridge between Commercials, Operations, clients, suppliers and partners. You will guide digital and electrical systems, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure project success from feasibility to final validation.

You will also review technical proposals, manage risks, and promote best practices while ensuring compliance with standards and safety requirements on site.

Qualificações

• Technical or university degree in Electrotechnical, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Experience in technical leadership and project management.
• Knowledge of SCADA/SPCS.
• Experience with commissioning, testing and client-facing activities.
• Knowledge of technical and regulatory standards.
• Availability for domestic travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for projects and contracts, interfacing between Commercial, Operations, clients, suppliers and partners.
• Support the preparation and review of technical proposals, assessing scopes, requirements, standards, feasibility and risks.
• Coordinate automation, telecommunications and electrical systems projects, monitoring schedules, quality and standards.
• Supervise installation, assembly, commissioning and testing activities, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety requirements for projects.
• Guide and develop teams technically, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Serve as technical reference for clients and suppliers throughout project lifecycle.
• Contribute to innovation and development of new products and solutions, conducting feasibility studies and validations.

• Provide technical leadership for projects and contracts, acting as the interface between Commercial, Operations, clients, suppliers and partners;


• Support the preparation and review of technical proposals, assessing scopes, requirements, applicable standards, feasibility and project risks;


• Technically coordinate automation, telecommunications and electrical systems projects, monitoring schedules, quality, contractual requirements and technical standards;


• Supervise installation, assembly, commissioning and testing activities, ensuring compliance and performance of solutions;
