Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager (Outdoor) to drive outdoor sales and manage key client relationships in the North region. You will lead a small team, meet targets, and oversee pricing strategies while ensuring on-site client engagement.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of outdoor sales, experience in building materials or consumer products, and a valid Class 3 license with own vehicle. AWS and performance bonuses are part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in sales in the related field.
• Minimum 2 years outdoor sales experience, preferably in Building Materials.
• Experience in selling consumer products, preferably air sanitizer.
• Diploma / Degree / Masters in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Preferably possess a Class 3 license and own vehicle.

• Meeting annual sales targets.
• Ability to manage a sales team and follow up on clients' payments.
• Supporting in new sales ideas/proposals/decisions.

• Contact with Architects Interior Designers is an added advantage

Working days and hours: 5 Days 9am - 6pm
Salary: $4500 to $5000 (AWS + Performance Bonus)
