ShowHeroes is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team!

This person will report directly to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing, developing, and strengthening sustainable relationships with agencies, direct clients, and trading desks, driving ShowHeroes’ growth in Brazil.

Tasks
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with agencies, trading desks, and direct clients;
  • Perform consultative sales, acting as a trusted expert in video and digital media solutions;
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for your client portfolio, overseeing the entire sales pipeline and opportunity development process;
  • Deliver corporate and special project presentations;
  • Have a hands-on, hunter profile with a strong ability to generate new business;
  • Report sales activities directly to the Sales Director.
Requirements
  • At least 5–6 years of experience in digital media sales, ideally including video;
  • Proven relationships with media professionals at advertising agencies, as well as decision-makers at trading desks and direct clients;
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including performance metrics, programmatic media, media mix strategies, and digital reach and frequency;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Results-driven mindset with persistence, confidence, and self-assurance;
  • Working Proficiency in English
