As an Account Manager, you will focus on managing and growing existing clients. Your primary responsibilities will include driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while delivering value realization to the customer, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role requires a consultative approach (a deep understanding of client needs and pain points to identify expansion opportunities), strong skills in contract negotiation, internal and external relationship building, and stakeholder management while working in a fast-paced environment, and a cross-functional structure.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the commercial vision and relationship with existing clients - Manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities, including scoping and negotiating SaaS contracts from end to end.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth by deeply understanding the client's business goals - including mapping their growth plans, and pain points, to be able to deliver tailored solutions to address those needs.
  • Drive client retention and minimize churn by ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent value realization and value selling.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales Leadership, to achieve client business objectives and maximize account potential.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews - Analyze product usage data and client feedback to uncover growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and track account progress in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients, showcasing AppsFlyer’s value and ensuring long-term partnerships.

What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in Martech, Adtech, or Analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Strong internal and external relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Proven track record in value realization and customer retention
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights that drive client success.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast, and report progress.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Passion for learning - a growth mindset is a must.
