Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a proactive Proposal and Contract Management professional to coordinate responses for RFIs and proposals, organize information, and maintain databases. You will work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

You will write and edit documents in English, improve information systems, and help build strong customer relationships while supporting bid processes and strategy development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance, IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Proposal and/or Contract Management, Marketing, Finance, IT, or related areas.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Resume/CV submitted in English.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

• At least 3 year work experience in Proposal and/or Contract Management, Marketing, Finance, IT, Business Management / Development or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationship
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of CRO, Pharmaceutical or related industry will be a plus
