IQVIA LLC seeks a detail-oriented information specialist to support global sales teams by preparing timely responses to RFIs and information requests. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments to maintain accurate capabilities documents and research outputs.

You will coordinate inputs from multiple sources, ensure clear written communications, and contribute to improvements in information storage and retrieval, while staying current on industry knowledge.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in proposal/contract management or related.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to RFIs and information requests from stakeholders.
• Prepare corporate capabilities and experience documents for proposals and questionnaires.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple sources for formal customer replies.
• Serve as the principal responder to internal and external requests for information.

Job Profile Summary Prepare comprehensive, timely and accurate responses to stakeholders' requests for information to support global sales teams and other internal customers.

Essential Functions Research, organize and write corporate capabilities and experience documents for proposals, sales initiatives and customer questionnaires Coordinate the inputs of multiple sources and prepare formal replies to customers' global outsourcing and preferred provider request for information (RFIs) Serve as the principal responder to internal and external requests for information Contribute to improvement initiatives for RFI information storage and retrieval systems Maintain currency in applicable company management and research databases Perform company, industry, and competitor research as required Participate in the development and maintenance of department information sources, templates, and related materials Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, Skills and/or Abilities Bachelor's Degree Degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance, IT or related field At least 3 year work experience in Proposal and/or Contract Management, Marketing, Finance, IT, Business Management / Development or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Project Demonstrated project management skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English written and verbal communication skills (this role is part of a Global team) Ability to build strong customer relationship Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Knowledge of CRO, Pharmaceutical or related industry will be a plus *Resume/CV must be submitted in English*
