IQVIA is seeking a skilled professional to manage RFI responses and proposal content to support global sales teams. You will research, organize, and write corporate materials and coordinate inputs from multiple sources to deliver timely, accurate replies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field, at least three years of relevant experience, strong project management and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Proposal and/or Contract Management, Marketing, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge of CRO, Pharmaceutical or related industry will be a plus.
• Resume/CV must be submitted in English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the principal responder to internal and external requests for information

• Maintain currency in applicable company management and research databases
• Perform company, industry, and competitor research as required
• Participate in the development and maintenance of department information sources, templates, and related materials
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Skills And/or Abilities

• At least 3 year work experience in Proposal and/or Contract Management, Marketing, Finance, IT, Business Management / Development or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Project Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English written and verbal communication skills (this role is part of a Global team)
• Ability to build strong customer relationship
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of CRO, Pharmaceutical or related industry will be a plus
