Jobtailor is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure brand standards across units in Rio de Janeiro. You will monitor KPIs, drive improvement plans, and develop leaders while ensuring QA and food safety compliance.

The role requires leadership experience across multiple outlets, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. A 6-on, 1-off schedule and proficiency in MS Office are expected.

Qualificações

• Experience in store operations in leadership positions.
• Experience managing or overseeing multiple units is a plus.
• Knowledge of P&L statements and key operational KPIs in food service operations.
• Knowledge of QA standards, food safety, and good practices applicable to operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and results-monitoring skills.
• Dynamic, solution-oriented profile with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work a 6-on, 1-off schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor compliance with quality, food safety, and good operating practices at the units.
• Serve as the link between brand management and the stores, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution of guidelines.
