We are looking for a proactive and organised Regional Property Sales Coordinator to support our growing property sales activities across key Asia-Pacific markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and other regional markets.
This is a hands‑on regional role supporting property agents, channel partners, sales events and project sales activities. You will work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams to coordinate agent engagement, property seminars, roadshows, private previews and investor briefings.

Support the development and coordination of local and offshore property agents, channel partners and introducers across Asia‑Pacific markets.
Assist with agent onboarding, registration, training materials and ongoing communications.
Maintain an up‑to‑date database of agents, channel partners and sales contacts.
Coordinate project updates, pricing, inventory and promotional information with agents.
Support the sales team in monitoring agent performance and sales activities.
Assist with commission administration, sales allocations and related documentation.
Monitor and escalate potential pricing discrepancies, channel conflicts or miscommunication to the sales team.
Coordinate and support property seminars, sales roadshows, private VIP previews and investor briefings across regional markets.
Assist with venue arrangements, invitations, registrations, event materials and agent participation.
Coordinate buyer registration and maintain accurate event and prospect records.
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure all event materials and information are ready.
Support post‑event follow‑up with agents and prospective buyers.
Track enquiries and event‑generated leads through to the next stage of the sales process.
Support the regional sales team in achieving agreed sales targets and project objectives.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports covering:
Leads
Enquiries
Reservations
Pending transactions
Potential fall‑over risks
Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
Gather market feedback from agents on buyer demand, pricing, unit preferences and competitor activity.
Assist in monitoring project inventory, pricing and sales status.
Follow up with agents and buyers to support smooth progress from enquiry through reservation and contract exchange.
Work closely with the Head of Sales, Sales team, Marketing team and Project/Development teams to coordinate regional sales activities.
Ensure agents receive accurate and timely information regarding projects, pricing, inventory, promotions and sales procedures.
Coordinate brochures, presentations, price lists and other sales materials.
Support the team in preparing for new project launches and regional sales campaigns.
Assist with buyer and agent communications throughout the sales process.
Support post‑sale engagement and settlement follow‑up where required.
Assist in coordinating sales activities across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and other assigned markets.
Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant observations with the sales team.
Support regional business development initiatives and new channel opportunities.
Travel for selected property events, roadshows and business activities when required.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, Events Management or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience in property, real estate, sales coordination, business development, events or a related field
Experience in property sales or working with property agents will be an advantage
Strong coordination and organisational skills with good attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with agents, clients and business partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and basic reporting tools
Willingness to travel within Asia‑Pacific when required
Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
