Cicor Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities and support controlling sales accounting and treasury processes. The role will initially support our Senai Manufacturing plant from Singapore's regional office, requiring collaboration with Sales, Operations and Finance teams.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, experienced with ERP systems and Excel, with 2-3 years in Finance and accounting exposure.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of finance and accounting exposure.
• Diploma to Degree in Accounting.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with treasury functions and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the AR invoice registry and supporting documentation.
• Process AR invoice receipts, clearing and payment allocation.
• Process approved AR document reversals.
• Prepare AR reports and follow up on outstanding or unallocated customer transactions.
• Execute closing steps and post sales journal entries.
• Manage the sales workflow release process and process sales-offer adjustments.
• Prepare segmented and regional sales reports.
• Investigate and resolve sales-accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain project cost and sales schedule and partner with stakeholders to close topics.
• Prepare the bank-reconciliation Excel file and monthly treasury report.
• Process receipt entries and support reconciliation between bank records and accounting records.

Role overview

We are looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities and provide support for controlling sales accounting and treasury processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with ERP systems and Excel, and able to collaborate effectively with Sales,Operations and Finance teams.

Responsibilities and role will initially be to support our Senai Manufacturing plant from Singapore's regional office.

Key responsibilities

Account receivable

• Maintain the AR invoice registry and supporting documentation.


• Process AR invoice receipts, clearing and payment allocation.


• Process approved AR document reversals.


• Prepare AR reports and follow up on outstanding or unallocated customer transactions.

Controlling& sales accounting

Closing and other topics

• Execute closing steps and post sales journal entries.


• Manage the sales workflow release process and process sales-offer adjustments (turn key projects).


• Prepare segmented and regional sales reports.


• Investigate and resolve sales-accounting discrepancies.


• Maintain project cost and sales schedule and business partner with relevant stakeholders to close open topics.

Support regional Initiatives

Treasury, Bank and Cash

• Prepare the bank-reconciliation Excel file and monthly treasury report.


• Process receipt entries and support reconciliation between bank records and accounting records.


• Follow up on outstanding reconciling items.

Qualifications & skills

• 2-3years of Finance and accounting exposure.


• Diploma to Degree in Accounting


• Proven experience in accounts receivable


• Basic to intermediate knowledge and exposure of controlling and sales accounting processes.


• Familiarity with treasury functions and bank reconciliations.


• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus).


• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
