Qualificações

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and business development initiatives across the Singapore and China markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company’s market presence, developing partnerships, managing marketing communications, and supporting business growth across both markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth in Singapore and China.

• Conduct market research and analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and business opportunities in both markets.

• Develop and manage bilingual marketing content and materials in Chinese and English, including company profiles, presentations, websites, social media content, promotional materials, and business proposals.

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, seminars, business networking activities, and partnership initiatives.

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, business partners, universities, research institutions, industry organisations, and other stakeholders.

• Support cross-border business development and market expansion initiatives between Singapore and China.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing and business development activities.

• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports, market analysis, and recommendations for management.

• Represent the company at business meetings, industry events, conferences, and other relevant activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, International Business, Communications, Chemistry，Materials，or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, international business, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of both the Singapore and China markets, including relevant business environments, customer needs, and market trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare professional bilingual business and marketing materials.

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from Singapore and China.

• Experience in B2B marketing, partnership development, international business, or cross-border projects will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small and dynamic team.

• Willingness to travel between Singapore and China when required.
