Job Description:

• Drive initiatives that nurture our company culture & create a charming journey for candidates.
• Partner with C-level to successfully identify and strategize hiring needs for the LATAM market.
• Map the market for commercial roles.
• Utilize HR tech stack of Insider to automate the recruitment processes.
• Take active role in the engagement, social responsibility and campus recruitment projects.
• Develop and support employer branding activities & help us exceed borders & march with the best talent out there.
• Follow analytical approach to ensure the effectiveness of the hiring and retention strategies.
• Cooperate with the global hiring team and follow the trends to create HR best practices to stay up-to-date.
• Execute the recruitment strategy with operational excellence while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire; our aim is to become better with every day.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Portuguese); we are speaking with the whole world, 5 continents & 25+ countries.
• A confident, vibrant person with an everlasting go-getter attitude.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication skills that make speaking to people from different backgrounds, cultures & functions enjoyable.
• Ability to manage ambiguity while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
