Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Recruiter who thrives in an unstructured environment, is laser-focused on outcomes, and takes extreme ownership of their responsibilities. You will play a critical role in scaling our rapidly growing team by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent. This is not a standard recruiting role—we are looking for someone with a founder-like mentality who can operate autonomously and move with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles (primarily sales, operations, and marketing).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and create proactive sourcing strategies.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach messages that reflect our brand voice.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and assess cultural alignment and role fit.
- Build and manage a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain consistent, transparent communication.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within Breezy (our applicant tracking system).
What We’re Looking For- Fluency in English — excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
- Autonomy — ability to operate independently without the need for micromanagement.
- Urgency — bias for action and a relentless drive to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Ownership — treats the role like it’s their business; accountable and proactive.
- Proven track record of success in a high-velocity recruiting environment (bonus for experience in early-stage startups or real estate tech).
- Comfortable using modern recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Slack, etc.).
- Experience hiring across multiple functions is a plus.
