Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent and providing proactive communication on the search status. They serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative guidance to hiring leaders.

Work location: Remote for candidates in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil only.

Work arrangement: Remote

Language requirements: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Specific needs: 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in pharma or manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, market data, and search strategies.
  • Review candidates from the ATS and evaluate their qualifications.
  • Develop sourcing and marketing plans to identify suitable candidate sources.
  • Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search.
  • Solicit referrals from networks and internal sources.
  • Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for candidate engagement campaigns.
  • Engage candidates via various media, articulate value propositions, and prepare them for interviews.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and assess their fit through interviews and skills testing.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and build talent pipelines for continuous candidate flow.
  • Report recruiting activities regularly and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Proficient in Boolean sourcing, Microsoft Office, and familiar with HR principles.
