Job Description

• Drive initiatives that nurture our company culture & create a charming candidate journey,
• Partner with C-level executives to identify and strategize hiring needs for LATAM,
• Map the market for commercial roles,
• Utilize Insider’s HR tech stack to automate recruitment processes,
• Engage in social responsibility and campus recruitment projects,
• Develop employer branding activities to attract top talent,
• Use an analytical approach to assess hiring and retention strategies,
• Collaborate with the global hiring team and stay updated on HR best practices,
• Execute recruitment strategies with operational excellence, optimizing quality, time, and cost of hires.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
• Experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment,
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese,
• Confident, vibrant, with a proactive attitude,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse backgrounds,
• Ability to manage ambiguity professionally,
• Proven results in a team environment,
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
