Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd – CREW by HRnet is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to manage cost estimation, tendering and commercial matters for electrical works in industrial, commercial and data centre projects.

You will prepare detailed estimates, oversee tender documents, monitor costs, handle claims and variations, and support contract administration while coordinating with engineers and contractors. Minimum 3 years of QS experience and a degree/diploma in QS/CM/M&E are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in Industrial, Commercial or Data Centre projects.
• Experience in Electrical / M&E cost estimation and tendering.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Cost Control, Progress Claims, VO and Contract Administration.
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with project teams.

• Project Coordination: Liaise with engineers, consultants and contractors on technical specifications and project requirements.
