Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking a Contracts & Procurement Manager (M&E) to lead contract administration, tendering, and procurement for electrical engineering projects in Singapore. You will oversee contractual obligations, risk management and close coordination with project teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of contracts management experience within the construction or engineering industry.
• Experience handling electrical engineering projects is preferred.
• Exposure to data centre, M&E or commercial construction projects will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and applicable BCA requirements.
• Strong contract negotiation, commercial analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts will be an added advantage.

• Oversee contractual obligations, payment records, insurance policies and performance bonds.
• Ensure proper contract documentation and compliance with relevant contractual requirements.
• Coordinate final contract close-out and participate in post-project reviews.

An established electrical engineering company involved in data centre and commercial developments across Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager (M&E).

This role offers the opportunity to oversee the full spectrum of contract administration, tender management, procurement coordination and commercial risk control.
